In 1994, immediately after its foundation, Neorama gave the kick-off for the activity in the field of street advertising in Moldova. Working with dedication for several years, in 2000 we reached the leadership in the outdoor advertising market.
In the first years of activity, the agency produced and realized television advertising, created an impressive network of advertising devices, developed complex advertising assistance programs. Thus, the most famous domestic and international brands have chosen us as a loyal partner.
Neorama is the author of the Moldovan advertising law which, since 1997, has opened the way for the promotion of foreign companies on the domestic market of the country and for investments in the field.
Between 2005 and 2007, I edited the NEORAMA National Store, appreciated by readers as one of the best editorial achievements of the time.
Since 2015, we have opted for the implementation of electronic advertising devices.
Thus, we made several constructions in Chisinau own with original design developed by our specialists
The devices are remotely controlled and monitored by video cameras, they are equipped with light sensors, which adapt the brightness of the images to the external conditions. Meticulously calibrated screens provide crystal clear images graded in millions of colors.

In 2003 Neorama founded in Chisinau ROGERS Agency – the first Print-House from the country intended for insurance market needs in large-format print for street advertising.
ROGERS took on the mission of full insurance of the works of outdoor design and print.
In the first years the agency provided quantities impressive street patterns running between 20-30 thousand meters square footage per year.
Thus ROGERS became a partner exclusive of many foreign companies who entered the advertising market outside the country in those years.
Among them – important companies of communications and telephony, the network of retail METRO Cash&Carry, car brands, cosmetics, pharmaceutical etc. .
In the early 2000s the Authorities local publics took a hostile position towards advertising street moving to the harassment and no activity policy this sphere. Once the massive demolition of the devices advertising and the market emergence of electronic advertising screens the demand for outdoor printing gradually decreased. Yet ROGERS was a worthy response to the needs of those times.

STREET ADVERTISING EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATION
Neorama, along with several other outdoor companies from Moldova is a founder and active member of ADVERTISING EMPLOYERS’ ASSOCIATION STREET.
APPS is a professional organization founded in the purpose of ensuring the common actions of the members them for representation at all levels of society
of the interests and rights of the community in the sector street advertising in dialogue with the administrations of public authorities.
We opt for the improvement of the legislative framework and decision-making transparency.
We actively participate in the development of laws, regulations and administrative acts of regulatory and normative nature.
LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITY
During thirty years of Neorama activity achieved a defining influence on the field legislation aimed at the visual communication sector.
Thus Neorama was the author of the first Advertising Law from the Republic of Moldova adopted in June 1997 – in force for 25 years. This Law liberalized the sphere advertising and allowed the market entry of the big ones western customers. From the moment of its appearance Laws in the field of advertising in the Republic of Moldova he knew a remarkable momentum.
Since 2018 Neorama, together with legislative experts a worked on the draft of the new Advertising Law which was adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova in March 2022.
In this new advertising law, Neorama is the author exclusively of the Street Advertising Chapter.
The particularity of this legislative act is its character fundamentally anti-corruption.

In 2005, Neorama started its activity in the field of media, launching on the market of the Republic Moldova „NEORAMA” NATIONAL STORE – a magazine of general culture, publishing and leisure. It was the time when mobility telecommunication was in its infancy.
The first iPhone would not appear until two years later, and the internet was accessible only to those who they spent time in front of computers.
Society felt the need for a source color information out of the usual standards of artificial glamour, of superficiality, and the lack of the cognitive component in the entertainment media…
Thus we decided to launch a universal magazine full-color, representative of the widest range of readers, positioned right – NATIONAL MAGAZINE
